Free versus paid OnlyFans pages
What a free subscription gets you, what a paid one buys, and what can cost extra on either.
By the OnlyRadar Editorial Team. Sources checked 16 October 2026.
The subscription price is only part of the picture. A free page and a paid page can both have paid extras, and two paid pages at the same price can include very different things. The useful question is not "free or paid?" but "what does this page include, and what will I actually spend?"
What a free subscription means
A free subscription means there is no charge to subscribe. You still subscribe on OnlyFans to see the page, but the subscription itself costs nothing.
On the free pages we list, the feed is included once you subscribe. Many free pages also offer paid messages, and most have tips switched on. These are optional. You can follow a free page without buying anything.
What a paid subscription buys
A paid subscription charges a regular fee for access to the page. What that fee covers is up to the creator. On some paid pages, everything on the feed is included. On others, some posts or messages carry an extra price on top.
So a paid subscription is not automatically "everything included". Check the creator's page, and her OnlyRadar profile if she has one, to see what the subscription covers.
What can cost extra on either model
| Free subscription | Paid subscription | |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription price | None | A regular fee set by the creator |
| Feed access | Depends on the page | Depends on the page |
| Paid messages | Often offered | Can be offered |
| Tips | Usually optional | Usually optional |
| Trials and promotions | Not needed | Some creators offer a free or discounted period |
A real example: Sofia's two pages
Sofia runs both models side by side, which makes her the clearest example on our roster.
Sofia is her free account. There is no subscription charge, and her profile notes that every post on her feed is included once you are in. Tips are switched on, and many captions point to her DMs, but you can follow along without spending anything.
Sofia Collins is her paid account. It charges a monthly subscription, and her profile notes that no feed post costs extra on top. Both pages are hers, and both link to the same official X account, @sofiabaexx.
That is how Sofia runs her pages. Other creators do it differently, so do not assume the same split applies elsewhere.
Which suits you?
Neither model is better value in every case. A free page suits you if you want to try a creator before spending anything, or if you are happy to follow the feed and skip the extras. A paid page can suit you if you already know you like a creator's content and her subscription covers what you want to see.
A quick decision checklist
- What kind of content do I want: mostly photos, mostly videos or a mix?
- Is the feed included, or are some posts priced separately?
- Which extras are offered, and do I want any of them?
- If there is a trial or promotion, what is the price afterwards?
- What is the most I am comfortable spending each month?
